• We are pleased to welcome Suzanne Jones Walmsley, Director of Community Engagement with the Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.). Suzanne is interested in hearing from SBANP members about the work they are doing in South Boston, with a particular focus on the Shoreline 5K, as well as ways the B.A.A. can continue to be a strong and meaningful community partner in South Boston.

• SBANP gathered at SPOKE in their new location at 1290 Columbia Road. Members exchanged program updates and enjoyed a tour of the vibrant new space. It was wonderful to connect with everyone in person at this fresh, new venue!​

• Aliah Mahadeo, Program Coordinator, the Environmental and Occupational Health Division of the Boston Public
  Health Commission will be joining us. Aliah and her team work to help protect residents from exposure to health hazards in homes, workplaces, and public spaces, while prioritizing health equity and environmental justice.
